Yep, we never hire anyone that's proven anything. I guess Leach was the exception. We are always experimenting with first time HCs.

This. If this program under the current leadership can’t recruit/purchase and coach well enough to beat a conference USA team handily then they need to be gone. The issue is our dumbass major boosters just care about baseball which they hang their hat on….even though we’ve sucked in that for the past 3 seasons also. Just stupid. The whole program and everyone associated with it are dumbasses

No one can be a development program anymore. NIL and the portal ruined that. Until we go back to 1 transfer and done, we're screwed.

Yeah you can. You don't do it through redshirting, but you can absolutely find guys that have another level. We have to find a guy with that eye for talent bc we're at huge financial disadvantage. ASU last season did just this
