The wins over Texas and Washington were really nice but knocking off Baylor is huge for the program. Beating UConn would be monumental.
The short time the signal was lost near the end of the game may have been because of weather. I flipped to TWC after the game and they're having special coverage of severe weather in Oklahoma, just east of OKC now so it may have been in the city during the game. Lots of big hail. I guess we'll get that in Mississippi and Alabama tomorrow.
I nominate Vic Schaefer as the official pre-game speech of all of our sports programs. Our girls came out focused but relaxed. They never lost composure and they came through under pressure.
So freakin proud of these ladies! I admit, I didn't think they'd get beyond the round of 16 after the way the ended the season...I'm a believer! And a proud Dawg! HailState!
