Van Persie, fabregas, guys like that who they've sold to bigger clubs and in turn bough some good prospects. A lot of their fans were mad that they were selling and not spending, so last season they went out and got some guys (ozil, Giroud) and are starting to spend a bit more. I expect them to try for one big name this offseason, possibly Di Maria or Benzema from Real Madrid, or alexis sanchez from Barcelona. As for Swansea. Michu is their best player, but if I were in Vegas, I would put money on him not being there. As recently as a few days ago I saw him connected to Spanish and French clubs, and they just don't have the money to keep him. Vorm is a very good keeper. I like Swansea to be a mid table team. It would be great for them to challenge for a European qualifying spot, but I see them in the 8-11 range. No relegation battle. The will play a nice mix of possession and quick play. De Guzman and Bony will likely be their two leading scorers this year (assuming Michu leaves), and they'll rely on team defense and some younger guys to play lots of minutes.
