a) He didnt say it at his current job. Nobody is defending what he said. Nobody thinks he was right. So are you saying he should never be allowed to work again?

b) Words are one thing. They are words. The NfL employs people that have committed felonies. Tampa Bay stated today they will remove Gruden from their Ring of Honor after signing Richard Sherman a couple of weeks ago who is currently charged with assault of his wife/girlfriend. Think about the hypocrisy of that. A guy said something mean vs a guy that the police arrested for abusing a woman.

Should you be fired or is it just certain sins? The double standard is the issue. No one is saying being hateful is good or acceptable.
