This isn't rocket science. It's not like Cannizaro doesn't know Alexander is 0 fer the century in SEC play. He had a golden opportunity with a runner on 3rd and less than two down to pinch hit in the 8th and still didn't do it because he had no one else he trusted for even one inning in the 9th. That ought to tell you something.
I'm not gonna put anything past this group of scrappers. They playing hard and finding ways to win. They're fun to watch!
