What the heck is Vickerson doing playing RF anyway a position he hasn't played all year.

No what has bitten him in the ass is not having two studs in the lineup to bail him out and cover up his inability to teach hitters proper technique and approach at the plate. Nothing more, nothing less. There's a strange reason that Armstrong is our best hitter with the best technique and approach at the plate. Can anyone guess why? Anyone?????? Not surprised. Our hitters aren't comfortable due to lack of consistency in the lineup, and now we're doing it in the field. For Christ's sake, put our best players out there and let them do what got them recruitedQuote:

I think the reason they have hit Mitchell is that his slurve wasn't breaking as sharp and stayed up. Hence their ability to hit it. If he was sharp tonight, he would have had more then 5 strike outs as aggressive they are swinging.
