20lbs seems pretty reasonable. 30 lbs seems like it'd be hard to do at 5'10 without sacrificing some speed agility. But I don't really have anything to base that on other than I would had had trouble putting 30 lbs of muscle on after my senior year of high school without losing speed.Quote:
