That’s more on the refs not calling fouls imo.

Lamar with another dime to Ado, which he had slapped out of his hands like he was a child who picked up something he wasn't meant to have....
Peters embraced being a distributor more than a scorer the latter part of last season with phenomenal results. The problem this year has been that we have played quite a few games where we needed him to score because no one else was scoring. We would have a few more losses if he hadn't decided to be a scorer in some games. Hopefully this game will springboard this team to many more games like this. It's great to see them play as a team.
Whew...
These refs are horrible.
than that! Again, a sign of an undisciplined team!
20 assists to 13 turnovers is damn good.
Let me get this straight. That was a foul on Carter but slapping and clawing on the other side is not a foul. Got it.
Nice flop attempt, you little twerp.
Great win.
Best we've looked all year
when Lamar distributes, it gets others involved & builds confidence.
8 point win. Didn't we need to make it 10 for resume reasons?
Great win, boys. I didn't think we'd get it done.
Solid win for our team. Q and Lamar played outstanding. Ado played well as well. I’ll take the win.
"This team sucks monkey balls"
The cap on a blowout win is 10 pts. That means if you win by 60 points it's the same as winning by 10 for RPI or whatever it is that calculates it. Winning by 8 is almost exactly the same thing as winning by 10 the way I understand it.
Great win, and great crowd support to help our guys out!
Only player that didn’t give good effort again this game was Holman and luckily everyone else stepped up and he played just well enough down the stretch to not cause us to lose. We actually increased our lead even when he was in there. Howland has to figure out what is up with Holman as he has played just absolutely poorly in SEC play.
My take. The team played the best ball of the year. Perry was outright screwed by the refs all night. The entire ref crew absolutely blew atleast 5 calls in the game.
The team hustled, played unselfish, and did a pretty good job on the defensive side. Holman had another rough patch, but he did have a couple good defensive plays down the stretch. Peters scoring and destributing was great. Hope he finds a happy medium, and can adjust on the fly as either a scorer or facilitator.
My observations....
1. Why do we switch on screens?
2. Why did we wait 35 mins into game to work ball low?.
3. Q finally had a game like his earlier years.
4. Are we redshirting Tsuhisumpa and Datcher?
5. Perry needs to get more minutes than Ado.
6. We are better when Peters is penetrating deep in the hole (had to do it)
1- I have no idea and agree with you
2- maybe howland finally listened to an assistants suggestions(perry is a beast)
3- agree totally
4- both might as well leave yesterday
5- agree 100%/ not sure howland understands yet
6- correct. this forces the D to make a decision and further spreads our offense and creates passing lanes all over the floor
I saw better defensive basketball coaching yesterday in New Albany at the Hotbed Classic.
