1) It looks terrible for State fans to constantly call our own headcases.
2) It likely isn't true, and we certainly don't have any way of knowing. He struggles with command at times, and his stuff works better out of the pen where he can go more max effort and only worry about throwing two pitches. That's what we know. More than likely, he's going to fly up to the majors and have a fantastic career. And we'll look back and see a bunch of our own fans calling him a headcase. Phenomenal.

Is it going to hurt his feelings? If so then he is. I'm making what I think is an educated observation from my baseball experience and I think he has to get mentally tougher. I promise you our staff talks about mental toughness. He needs to get some. And we could have used him having some. I want him to become Billy Wagner.
