Dickert is the only P4 head coach that I think we could probably poach, unless there's someone just looking to move on to a new challenge like Leach was.

And that’s the primary difference. Well coached. We will go out and get an established winning baseball coach and pay whatever we need to get him but they want a coordinator with no HC experience for the HC position in football…the one team that generates money.
