There was a call with Jimmy Sexton with some demands Lane had and Hugh Hathcock and the Florida brass met all of them. I will say that IF he takes the job, I do not believe he coaches a playoff game at OM.
If Lane is taking the Florida job he isn?t waiting until after the playoffs (and I am sure Florida isn?t going to wait until January to name him head coach). If he becomes the next head coach his primary and sole concern is the Florida football program not OM. At that point OM has to fend for themselves with Golding as interim.
I think Joe Judge would actually be the interim so they could keep the structure the same. I actually think Joe would have a decent shot at the full time job too. I still think their list is:Quote:
