That is the problem with the average head coach/elite coordinator model. OC/DC's are going to want to eventually move on most of the time no matter how much you pay them- see Dave Aranda. That's just natural for any business really. People want to better themselves and understandibly so. So teams like LSU have to keep hitting on elite OC/DC's every time or they could be in a pickle where they end up overpaying for a coordinator that is not that good- like Ole Miss did with McGriff.Quote:
