No one is arguing Belmont is a good hitter. Our defense with him at 3b and Stovall at 2b is our best though. Stovall made 2 plays at 2b that no one else makes for us today... that crazy hop was an unbelievable play and the lightning turn for the DP was MLB quality

And yet none of them can play third base. And somehow you never bring up the fact that Amory and Southaven have way worse plate stats than Belmont yet continue to play regularly.

Stovall can play 3B well. Wont really lose anything there. We'll be ok at 2B with Cody and can add offense in the OF. I'm choosing more O over D- I completely understand who can do what
