dont talk about it, everyone will call you a doomsdayer. this happens every.single.year. We lose high profile, heavy hitters on signing day. death&taxes

To be fair to Steve regarding my above comment, he was on the radio and said his LSU contacts were telling him this morning nabers was sticking with state. Just wanted to clarify
Nabers is officially gone.
Well we picked up Price. And I would guess with Nabors gone that we'll push for Kanarius Johnson today.
I hate following recruiting. But yet I just cant stop doing this to myself
Can we hold off A&M ???
there goes MJ, flipped back to ole miss. but remember cooterpoot said every school deals with this and were fine
Kiffin owns Leach at this moment.
Yeah we got absolutely worked by people who are willing to do what it takes. Nothing else you can say to spin it.
Class isn't bad but it's not the class we had yesterday at this time. Pathetic but after this season not sure what we have to sell besides "Imagine this in a year or two..."
In the old taking candy from a baby adage it seems we are the baby and our top committed recruits are the candy. Like I said, I don't even enjoy signing day any more. And I figured it would be rough this year because it normally is when we have a HC not prepared for how things go with SEC recruiting. Kiffin at TN and Bama with now the OM Network behind him knows way more about the game in the SEC than Leach does.
Y'all enjoy Christmas - I'm taking a break.
Losing our best WR commit to LSU, our best Juco player to LSU, one of our best high school commits to the ****ing bears is a bit much.
This is as bad a signing day I can remember.
It’ has been a lack luster season and we just capped it off with a lack luster recruiting class....same ole MSU
So we lose Nabors and Buckhalter. Only retain Knox from our 3 original four star WRs. Not the way to improve that position quickly.
Even JSU gets in on the flips. Said they flipped the #1 juco recruit from the GA bulldogs. A corner to boot. Wow. Man we need some DBs and JSU can pull one from the other dawgs.
Only person happy today would probably be Bracky Brett. Sounds like we definitely stayed compliant.
Sounds about right. Keep playing nice and acting above these coveted players after they've been swayed.
They are world-beaters when they are "committed". But then they become snakes all of a sudden when they dump us because the other guys worked harder. Whatever that form of work comes in is irrelevant.
I have never referred to any player as a world beater but thanks for putting words in my mouth
So you would be fine with accepting pounders back yeah I?m sure
We flipped a kid from Rutgers and Va Tech in the last few weeks. Are those guys bad kids?
We flipped Page from Texas Tech.
Look - this is big boy recruiting, we have won battles like this - Chris Jones, Simmons, Kobe Jones, Willie Gay, and so many others. You take the talent. The rest is just bullsh!t.
Never called him a thug or POS, he?s a snake who deceives. Feel free to @ me next time
MJ is a lot like Jarrion Jones was. Talented but probably 75% chance he doesn?t maximize it unless he has instant success.
Ranking the losses as far as impact it?s probably Strong, MJ, Nabers.
Strong was basically a lock to start at mlb unless he wasn?t as advertised. MJ was our only real HS corner commit. Nabers has good upside at WR but it?s an easier place to find a similar developmental talent.
i actually would have them ranked the opposite: Nabers, MJ, Strong. Leach has shown he can't do shit against SEC defenses and everyone who comes to bat from him says he needs his players. Arnett has shown he can hang with the big boys with significantly less talent, and think a 4 star CB who will be here 5 years is more important than a MLB who will be here 2
Guys it doesn't matter if he's a 3 star or a 4 star. He's a 6'3 corner who can play. That's all that matters
