Everyone seems to think he is coming our way. July 7th I believe is the day(his birthday).

It typically takes 4 semesters for them to get qualified and that is if they pass all the classes. Some have done it with 3 typical semesters and the max amount of summer school. 55+ credit hours I think...maybe 66.
Ready for someone new to commit. Wish someone would just pull the trigger today. Need some good news.
True, last week was nice. I wish out entire class was complete already with all our targets, but where is the fun in that right.
I would actually be stressing about that. Would be nice to be set but then I'd be worried which one might flip.
Keiondre Jones named his top 3. Us, Auburn, and Florida.
Saw where brooks, Russell, and Pickering got invited to the opening finals. Didn’t realize brooks was that type of prospect. Any other dawgs make it?
Is this guy on the radar?
CB Chester Kimbrough 5-11, 168, Warren Easton (La.)
Recently surpassed Edna Karr’s Devin Bush as the state’s top cornerback on our list after a strong camp showing; Some uncertainty regarding whether LSU takes another cornerback in this class with so many on board.
I think he ends up at Auburn too but he's been to Auburn a ton this year & still hasn't committed. I just wonder what's holding him back. He said yesterday that he wants to commit this summer but will wait if he's not ready. Just seems like it's something holding him back. I've heard his mom is not a big fan of Auburn but I can't confirm.
Why isn't UGA in the picture with him?
OM just got about OL commit. Make it 7 now. Shocked they are taking this many, esp w/ Cross leaning that way.
I thought this was a "dead period" on recruiting. Ok to take committments? Anyway, his only other SEC offer was from Fl. according to 24.7. Recruiter was Hev. They don't strike again. His composite is .8680, from Ga. Now have 21 commits, 14th in country. Good thing they got "hammered".**
Another from DandyDon.com:
• An elite in-state defensive tackle for next year’s class, Camron Jackson (6-4, 273) of Haynesville, announces a top-three of LSU, Alabama, and Mississippi State yesterday. In his tweet announcing his finalists, Jackson said he will be committing to his school of choice before the start of this season (his junior season).
Interesting that Ole Miss has let Nakobe Dean's brother (currently an Ole Miss student) join the football team this summer. Not sure how good a player he is but this sounds like a move to get Nakobe into the Landshark fold. Probably will make it tough on Nakobe to go anywhere but Ole Miss now. They always seem to have an "in" to get a good player. They cant straight up out recruit most SEC teams, so this is the next best thing. Get jobs for parents, put your brother on the team, get a relative a job with the university, etc, etc.
