I share what I know with the board, that's it. If I had a firm name last night I would have shared it. I don't hold back but that's also why I don't get immediate information from the ones intimately involved. That's what I was told as well. Sumrall Sunday, supposedly Elko Monday, Fritz Tuesday and Lebby yesterday. Odom has had several calls but to my knowledge no face to face, could be wrong on that.

We’ve had issues, but I trust your word on this stuff more than the insiders who are currently having board wars.

The last sitting head coaches were leach and JWS. Both successes. 2 for 2.
Non head coaches have been Croom, mullen, Moorhead, and arnett. 1 out of 4 hit.

Don't want a hire like this just because of the OK connections, lazy and very disappointing. FWIW, Dave Bartoo was apparently talking about Elko on ESPN radio. Said Michigan State wasn’t hiring but another school was. Said that school wasn’t Texas A&M.

2016-2019: 40.5
2020-2023: 31.5

Not as dramatic as you make it

ETA... pretty sure it was Odom that had to deal with the "safe spaces" deal on their campus. Recruiting to that school couldn't have been easy then

That difference matters. Still doesn?t negate the fact that he was worse than his successor and predecessor at HC there.

He recruited worse than Pinkel and Drink. That?s not debatable.

He went 19-19 and 10-14 in the SEC with an NFL QB in a terrible SEC East. What do you think he?s going to do without an NFL QB in the new SEC? Be better than .500?
