Guys calm down... Sandlin is good. Like All American the last 2 years, 2.38 ERA last year good. Now he's been out of the pen last year so I hopped he wouldn't be able to go deep, but some of our guys (caugh caugh Mangum) like to swing as early in counts as possible so he's had quick innings. But he's genuinely good, I'm not shocked to see him own us like this. I'm more disappointed Pilk is still going so deep into counts like last year- if he could work faster he'd be able to give and extra inning or 2. Plus he always craps out at like 80 pitches. James seems like he needs some time on the mound to let the nerves settle down, but that's understandable. I'm more interested in how the hitters respond late after Sandlin finally goes, and how the rest of the staff looks the next 2 games. But there hitting + Sandlin is a combo that can take down a lot of SEC teams, in my oppinion.

It’s a long season. Some of you better have done some dieting, exercising in the off season. High blood pressure causes coronarys and some of you are gonna have one.
Gilbert is weak on offens and defense. We don have a quality catcher.
