The offense does this at the beginning of every game. The first 10 plays are scripted and we can run them at a good tempo. After that it seems like we slow down for whatever reason. Damn, I thought Ross was going to get run down there. Don't know if he ran out of gas or didn't realize the guy was there. We need to get up big and get Dak out of there and let young guys get work.
Partly agree, but I was talking about the run blocking too. Shump could have and should have done better on those two two yard runs, but part of it was on the line.Quote:

Well I was right about our offense only scoring 7 in the first quarter....but I didn't expect Defense and ST to score. That was good.
I'm really worried about our offense. We will have to score some points in every remaining game, including La Tech. We have to figure something out or we will lose one we shouldn't
Anybody got the first quarter stats? Curious whether we gained one hundred. Kickoff return took some opportunity away, of course.
