I really like Cohen, and i seriously think he can be a coach that can win us a Title one day.....but I am truly starting to wonder if he is just turning into an idiot, or if his insistency on having some "stamp" on each game is going to be his downfall.
Quit over thinking stuff, John. Baseball can be a simple game when you recruit well..... Put your best hitters in there, put your best pitchers out there, and get the hell out of the way. Quit worrying about matchups, quit thinking youre smarter than everyone, and let the talent you recruited go out there and win games for you. At least that way, we know you put our best against their best but just didnt win, if we lose. The way youre doing it now, we are losing AND we think you're either becoming dumb or meddling too damn much in an attempt to be the hero.
Its doubtful we would have won tonight regardless...but throwing Reynolds out there was about like throwing the keys to the bus driver
