Accidents like that wouldn't be on the coach though and you know it. Same as if Sims slipped and fell at school running to get to Religion classes. But the coach made the decision to put him on the field in a capacity that could expose him to further injury. Now I'm not saying it is a high likely chance of Sims getting further injured, but like I said it would be found inappropriate if he did get injured. What reason does Lemonis to have Sims be the first base coach? Don't have any other players that can do it?Quote:

Hunt and Johnson both coached first last night. We took 15 fielders and 12 pitchers on the road trip. All 15 fielders played last night. We used 4 pitchers yesterday. The other 8 are in the Bull pen. Unless Geautreau or Lemonis are going to coach first, a pitcher is going to be there.Quote:
