Yes, it is a federal mandate. IHL responded to the federal mandate. If Texas Tech has federal contracts then they, like us, will have to comply or lose those contracts. There isn't a thing that Texas can do about that other than sue. They will lose because stuff like this has been done for decades. At least try to keep up with things.Quote:
