Is anyone going to the game on Aug 17th? It is supposed to be the Mississippi State Day. This is different than the Mississippi day that has already been advertised. Does anyone know if there is anything special about it?

Snit managed the hell outta that game. Down a couple key guys in the pen and they made it happen. 9th looked worse than it was...Cubs had a seein eye past short and a broken bat duck snort to start the rally.
3rd base was MVP...both Bautista and camargo. And Albies is a studd up to this point. Really benefitting from the service time last year.
Just as well for Dansby. If he comes up, someone will have to go down. And right now that looks like Comargo since he doesn't have options and is hitting below .200. If he doesn't start hitting he may be sitting in AAA for a while, or traded, with Austin Riley waiting in the wings.Quote:
