Funny, sad story...My wife and I went to see MSU play vandy in baseball in 1989 (we were ranked #1 in the nation at that time). Sat afternoon ther were 3-400 MSu fan in the stands and about 30 Vandy baseball fans.
In the 3-4th inning across a field (where the parking garage is now) come about 25-30 people who entered the stadium ??? and sit in the stands. We simply asked why they were all late and they said they had been at the lacrosse match.
27 years ago if you had said Vandy would have a national champ and we would not have scratched....I would have thought you were crazy.
