I find it very interesting that a few of the "usual suspects" on OM Twitter started trying to gather facts and get misinformation out there quickly. That "Jerry The Drunk" character is especially interesting, he seems a little too concerned about all of the details from what I could read.

The NCAA should bury OM a few feet deeper just because this idiot is trying to put it off on State. I would say make him confess but we've already seen his ability to botch a confession.

He was obviously being sarcastic

If it was MSU players it wouldn't matter because he's not a booster of MSU. He is a booster of OM. Once a booster, always a booster according to NCAA rules. You could challenge that in court and easily win considering the NCAA is just a club with no legal authority, but either way this guy is in a heap of a mess... again.
