USCw...
Reduction in scholarships by 30 over 4 years and a 2 year post season ban.. And that's not counting attrition they had.
They played in the Las Vegas bowl after the bowl ban was lifted with I think 41 players..
And this was ****ing USCw that still was getting a few elite players every year during the probation.. That won't happen at UMiss..
If they get this punishment it will be crippling for years.....
Yeah I like that number 30....
So, what's the time table on this?
With this much info leaking out, I'd assume soon?
You can bet they will take the full 90 to respond
Can someone elaborate on these numbers here or in a PM, por favor?

They can also request an extension to respond beyond the 90 days but I think that would only buy another 30 days, maybe.
Rumor is that they are being hit with 30 allegations across multiple sports- football and a couple women's sports- resulting in LOIC- Lack of Institutional Control. Also, that the NCAA has new leads they are still investigation past the 30 allegations.
If true- they won't get SMU'ed cause the NCAA said never again- but they gonna get the next closest thing.
that's the sad part. These kids are going to sign with Ole Miss not understanding the potential repercussions of being on probation the majority of the time they suit up. Why take that chance if they know what's coming down the pike? It's certainly not for a beautiful campus that's for sure.
I don't view this as a huge deal because, just like they did with Penn State, if the sanctions are bad enough, the NCAA will probably allow players to transfer without penalty.
Ole Miss will get some good signing day publicity, but, if this is as bad as the rumors, it will all shake itself out in-time
It'll never happen
