Kiffin fired the first shot. Carter and Ole Miss are trying to save face. In my opinion, Kiffin should have told those schools he would discuss it after the season. At the very least, he shouldnt have gotten on a plane for a damn tour. No class.

Makes sense. I was sobering if Ole Dixie told him to sign then Kiffin and his ego took off with visits. But it’s not a good look for neither ole Dixie or Kiffin although Kiffin is in the best position.

I mean...its possible, but that would be such toxic behavior, I honestly don't even think Kiffin is capable of it.

And imo that is Lebby's downfall. Alot of coaches have lost their job due to being so prideful and not changing personal when it needs to be done. I've had to fire people and it absolutely sucks, but if their actions effect my job and put me in a position to get fired then you gotta do what's best for you and yours. I agree with what SVS posted earlier. KT needs to play simply for the fact of we need to know where we stand with a QB going into the offseason. KT playing will help determine if he is the guy next year or if we need to go get a sure enough starter in the portal. I think KT needs to play because Shapen has played himself out of the position. But at the very least he needs to play so Lebby can determine what he needs from the portal at the qb position.
