At the end of the day, a QB throws the ball. Will has thrown it in the dirt, overthrew a screen, overthrew deep balls, overthrew 10 yard routes, take sacks he shouldn't. is the offense maximizing his potential? NO. But is Will doing is job? HELL NO!
