Don’t piss double digits away!!!
Quit dribbling DJ just pass the dam ball.
Good win in what should count as a road game, but instead will go down as a neutral site win for reasons I cannot explain
Thank you
This is a good win for State.
Big arse win
Richard also pointed out that the Rutgers players couldn't match up with the big bodies.
Jans is a great coach. That Southern loss was a wakeup call.
On another note, Rutgers has two of the top three players coming in next year. One is from NJ but the other from Georgia. Weird
Great win. What a game by Bell.
Great win considering our leading scorer didn't make a fg.
Jimmy Bell may be the biggest transfer portal pickup we have ever had in any sport. He has saved us in the absence of Tolu.
Also….how the hell is that considered a neutral game. That was about as neutral as Normandy on D Day.
One big thing about this win is that it prepares the team for the Tournament when you have to travel far away in an unfriendly environment no matter your seeding. Texas anyone>
and when he thinks he is the 2nd coming of Curry. He needs to look at what Cam has done since he decided to go to the basket. Guys that big are gonna do at least 2 things. Get foulded alot or create more opportunities for Toulu or other players/ Which creates more scoring opps for you. Cam has found that out.l
Like I said earlier in the year. Jimmy Bell is a better big than Tolu, especially on the offensive end of the court.
Does Bell only have 1 year remaining?
Big lineup:
Tolu at center.
Bell at PF.
Murphy at SF.
Matthews at SG.
And: Jeffries at PG.
Lots of ********** for all of this except Tolu. We do have many good options to mix and match when Tolu gets back. Hail State!
I don't know how you fix it across all of college basketball, but the fact this is considered a neutral site win against Rutgers for a game that was played in an arena in Newark New Jersey is ridiculous.
Bell game offensively, runs circles around Tolu.
DJ is important. It's not aesthetically pleasing but he is important to our success
You don't sound like you know much about basketball. Bell is awesome and I love what he is doing for us but he comes nowhere close to Tolu offensively. That being said we need him going forward, Jans has gotten the most out of Bell than any other coach has. Prior to this year Bell's highest averages for his career was around 5ppg and 5 rpg.... he's almost doubled those stats with us....... but he's not Tolu Smith on offense
