We have no Gaurd play.. our gaurds are all just ok, but we need an Iverson Molinar, Q Weatherspoon type guy. In College basketball you win with good gaurd play, and we just don't have it.

I think Jans is a great coach but he totally whiffed in the portal at landing a reliable shooter. 13-33 from 2 today largely because we have no consistent shooters and teams can just put their entire team in the paint to defend us.
