Two ways to look at it…can we beat him again? OR can he be as sharp as he was Sunday having to face us a second time in a week. I would have much preferred Virginia but we def have the upper hand

This will be our third time to see him and second in less than a week. Our players definitely know what he has.

50/50 at this point. McDonnell told coach before the series he thought uva had one of the top bullpens in the country. A bullpen we haven?t seen much of. Balanced against a guy we?re about to see for the third time. Like I said, 50/50.

So from 3pm on today is over 50% chance of thunderstorms. Wonder if the game gets pushed to saturday.. pending what happens with the other side of the brackets game at 1.
Would that be better for us? i dont think so. hootie still starts vs madden.

I'm only 48, but I grew up learning from guys who played in the 1940s - they would earhole their own grandkids when the situation called for it (I know this from experience).

I went to sleep... summer thunderstorms can be hard to forecast..
Not liking the looks of things for us getting the storm in tonight but will have to see how things develop over the next few hours west of Omaha
