Umpire screwing us over. Westburg thought he had to go after that one even though outside because of the previous pitch.
That's a stolen out. Umpire can't be that bad it changes the whole at bat.
This ump needs to go to HS an stay there. This is pathetic. Or he could ump at Om games- their staff needs all the help it can get
The same pitch on the outside has gotten us both times with a man on 3rd and 1 out
Yeah, that pitch painted the corner of the other batters box. I don't know what that umpire was looking at.
I am so tired of horrid officiating in all college sports I could puke. This ump has single handedly kept USM in the game with horrendous strike calls in key situations.
Another wasted opportunity with an assist from the ump.
Even in the pros the MLB is the only one that's got it figured out. NFL is every bit as bad as SEC refs are, and the NBA calls what they think happened (and not what they saw) so much that flopping is dominating the gameQuote:

Liebelt is carving himself a great role for us. Another very solid outing. Eagan needs to do same here.
I would throw every pitch off the plate outside. He is giving pitcher's pitches out there that no batter can even get a bat on.

Problem is he is calling balls so far off the plate that I'm not even sure the hitter can foul off, much less actually try to get an actual hit off of. If you got up far enough on the plate to hit that then you would be totally unable to hit anything on the inside corner.Quote:
