The question now is how exactly does the transfers work. Is it just for the Sr class in 2018 or the Jr and Sr class in 2018? If the second, that means this years So. and Jr's. That's what is confusing.

I'll be satisfied with 24, but disappointed as hell with 13. And if you remember, OM didn't sign a full class last year and will be trying to use those scholly's not used as being part of the total.

13 total would be a slap on the wrist. I don't believe a word of it. If he's saying that then I'm more inclined to believe everything we're hearing is just BS. Waiting for the official word now.

What’s odd is they self imposed 11 not 10. Are you sure that isn’t a fake? It doesn’t look like it’s on any official type of paper. I am extremely skeptical when it comes to these ****ers. They lie and mislead at every turn.

Academic year 2018-19: Overall reduction: 4; Initial reduction: 3
Totals: 13 grants overall, 10 initial grants. (Self-imposed.)

Thirteen total scholarships, man I would trade 13 scholarships for AJ and Treadwell.

So ESPN reporting that the 13 scholarship reductions are in addition to the self imposed and that only seniors are able to transfer without sitting out while everything I?ve seen on ED is the opposite. Does anyone know for sure?

I have no idea what's right in the transfer stuff. It is only 13 schollies total. The text of the NCAA letter puts that down in black and white.

The one I saw from oxford was posted on fb this afternoon I have no idea when it was published. You would think their home town paper would get it right or face their wrath lol.

In actuality, they have already served most of their punishment. They have to reduce scholarships by 4 this signing period and no Bowl next season. Then they are done with the penalties.

Bjork said in press conference this means they will have 81 scholarships available in next season and then back to 85 after that.
