Hell he is gutting fastballs...

80 pitches is topping it out for first outing.
Pilk had 7 Ks. I can think of 1 maybe 2 hits where he wasnt ahead in the count and gave it up. Gotta finish guys.
Rooker is definitely the weak link in the outfield. So we've given up a run off of catcher's interference, we LOST a run because of a bogus call by the 2nd base umpire and now we give up 2 runs because Rooker takes a terrible route to a fly ball in the outfield. Not good.
We worse that I expected. I know Tech is solid but we aren't hitting it, fielding it, or pitching it well. Got to pick it up.
Those 2 runs are on Rooker. That was a totally catchable ball.
Score?
Wasnt this the guy everyone said was gonna be our closer? Honestly just wondering...
They may run us out of the stadium getting into our pen this early
They didn't kill him but what did get to him is they fouled off and battled damn near every at bat extending his pitch count. He relied too much on his fastball and didn't pitch his offspeed stuff enough. He did have 7 strikeouts but needs to work on his secondary pitches to be able to last longer in games.
With all of these new players I really wish we had names on the back of our jerseys.
Good news though, Marrero leading off next inning. [faaaarrrt]
Wheels coming off. We need to have outfielders who can play defense. We have Mangum but the other two are suspect.
I could've squared that pitch up. Jeez
Why do we continue to throw a fastball right down the F'in gut!
That ball was right down the heart of the plate. That is gonna get hit hard every time.
We're calling too many damn fastballs.
Why didn't we start Tanner Poole in the outfield?
5-1 Tech going to bottom of the fourth.
What the hell was Eli swinging at?
Wasn't wild about the lineup when I saw it pregame and liking it even less now.
Holy shit I need more beer...
This is one shitty looking offensive team in this small sample size
