So why is Ware taking a 18 foot jump shot down 6????!!!!!
Nice slam
I will never understand why we don't just have Sword drive the lane more. Almost every time we get out quick and get it to Sword to drive, something good happens.
We just can not consistently grab defensive rebounds. It's maddening. Roquez just walked up there, didn't even attempt to box out.
This team makes me tired. So annoyed.
3 guys around the rim and their 1 guy gets the rebound. Why do I torture myself??
We had 3 guys in position to get that rebound. They had 1. Terrible.
F$&K
This team is horrible. And they'll all be back next year WITH their head coach. Thanks Scott.
lol this is so comical. Everytime we get it down low. It's a circus!
Zero consistency in our players, in our coaches, from game to game and half to half!!
That 11 point spread is in danger!!
Our problems are mostly talent-related, but it's not all talent. We definitely need to figure some things out in the offseason.
All of our practicing right now should be spent on some basic things...mostly boxing out.
Are we claiming this as another moral victory because we covered the spread?
Right, players can only produce in a system they can execute. Defend all you want to, but our zone offense sucks, Ware shooting 3 pointers, 7 minutes being shut out and you are going to go down with the ship looks like and most will agree you deserve what you got.
lack of depth is killing this team- especially at PG and Center. Should be much better next year overall and at PG- still some post worries
We will have to win a tourney game to get to 14 wins (last year).
After Mizzou game, Ray will be 13-41 in the SEC.
Or have one less SEC win than Stans had in 03/04 season.
Go to bed old man. Bloodman's guy was backed off him 7 feet when he had the ball. It's like playing 4 on 5. IJ came back in and we started playing again. Hell, we got the ball inside to Ware- like you want to do- and he got his shit swatted. It's lack of talent- not the offense itself.
Gavin Ware shooting a 17 footer with 30 seconds on shot clock down 4, has nothing to do with lack of depth. Total lack of discipline by the coaching staff. Ware might as well have grabbed his crotch and told Ray to **** off, I'm getting mine.
Total lack of control from coaching staff.
Baldwin and LaChance are impressive freshman
Here's my thing man: If I start off 3/3 from 3 in the first half, there isn't a person in Nashville that is keeping me from jacking up more shots. Sword didn't take another 3 until garbage seconds at the end. I wish he would have been more selfish throughout the game, especially after seeing what happens when he plays it down into the block.
We run the only prevent offense in college bb. The talent and coaching are the worst at MSU in close to 40 years. Not much debate.
Asking if we are adding this one to the moral victory column since some on here have been touting our "almost wins" and "games better than predicted" as proof of improvement. Since we performed slightly better than the odds makers Predicted, I suspect some here will see it as a positive.
I was being sarcastic pointing out the lengths that the Ray supporters on here go to defend him.
Sword averages 7.3 FG attempts per game. I know that's low because of his early injury but he should be taking upwards of 15 shots per game for this team.
Blame the players now when we lose. Blame the last coach every time we lost. If you don't people can't see through you then you are mentally challenged. I might be older than you but I have forgotten more basketball than you ever have and other than the dribble drive, we are clueless. And by the way, Bloodman didn't play the whole 2nd half and we scored 20 points. I guess that beats scoring 7 but keep on defending. This is as bad as it gets.
