I did and so did my wife and both daughters.

Attended in 97-98, but did not graduate. Grandad attended, graduated Millsaps in 39; Dad graduated 69. Mom attended, graduated from MUW in 70. Uncle attended, graduated Belhaven in 72. Sis attended, graduated Belhaven 95.

Guilty but proud. You?d have to be a gluten for punishment to support our athletics if you weren?t a grad. lol.

Me - undergrad at State, master's and doctorate in Chicago
Dad - undergrad and master's at State
Brother - undergrad at State
Sister - undergrad and part of master's at State
Wife - undergrad at State, JD at MC

I did 1981 plus some grad work

Graduated in '78 with a degree in Electronic Eng. Technology.

Nope. Did take some correspondence classes from MSU (Through the mail young ones, before the internet) but got a partial ride from U of Memphis so had to take it.

I have an idea about the theory that prompted the thread and it's not to figure out who's a masochist, although related. I think the theory is - those who complain, are 98% negative, and short sighted enough to tweet (or whatever it's called now) temper tantrums at players/recruits personally - most likely did not attend or graduate from State.

Dad was offered sports scholarships in the late 70s, didn't go. He started pulling for state because of that and to spite some OM family. Drilled it in my head at a young age and just kinda stuck. Oldest daughter attended 1 year then transferred back home. I chose this misery haha
