Because he can come watch him living anywhere in the country. He can stay in Gainesville, make more money and have a better chance to win big. And finally, his son is not a scholarship guy, doesn't mean he won't ever be or won't ever play. But, there's just as good a chance he leaves in two years. According to something I found on the Internet- Rhule was only paid 1.04 million by Baylor in 2017. He has gotten extended and some raises since then- and I've been unable to find the exact dollar amount. I doubt it's 4.1 million or whatever we are going to offer Napier though. Also- I found out that at least as of September Baylor still hasn't found out what their penalties are going to be from the Art Briles scandal. I'm assuming that they are about to go on probation?

Well, we know that all the other candidates on the list are getting interviews or have interviewed. And before he intro'd Fickell he said something about making phone calls, like someone gave him Fickell's name.
