Actually, she could have transferred prior to finishing the coursework and graduating. But she would have needed a waiver and would have to sit out a year. Which evidently is what dawg61 wants. Everybody else on this board preferred that she graduates first, then she can transfer under the "grad transfer" rule and be eligible immediately.
