Getting stomped by the Rebs in back to back games while you are ranked 6th in the country is not a resume for the State Job!!

Yes, we're into the lesser competition part of our schedule. But if I'm an opposing coach in a regional right now, I want no part of us.

Sweep tomorrow and we are for sure a solid 2 seed that nobody wants in their Regional

Schedule was very front-loaded. Texas, OU, LSU. But yeah, crazy turnaround.

Pressure off players worried their coach was going to be fired
Easier schedule
Settled line-up keeps on getting better
Pitching improves
Easier schedule

Nothing really changed except the pressure the team felt with the rumors on Lemon being fired. Same coaches- same approach. Same line-ups.
