Sneh is ineligible. The NCAA is going to count his d2 years, so he's done.
Not Lebby's fault regarding Sneh. But he's probably cooked.
You needed a LT and not only did you NOT get one, you lost the one you already had.
Fire up the hot boards in a few months.
This is absolutely brutal. the OL is somehow worse on paper now than it was last year, that's really really bad. Lebby lose his job bad.
So what's next, do we sue the NCAA like literally everyone else and get him eligible or does that only work for Ole Miss for some reason? How can the NCAA not make that decision before transfer portal season? wild
By who? We were just taking UABs word for it? Anyone who took the time to do the research would see that he had already played 4 years. If you were going to need the D2 year to count as a redshirt year, you would think someone might would have checked D2 rules on how many games were allowed in D2 the year he played there before losing the redshirt.
Who is LT 1 now?
Guess we will have to wait until Spring to even get a clue. Not sure how we could have botched this any worse? Not only do we not end up with Seaton or Sneh, we also managed to lose Jayvin James to Bama where he will probably only be a backup. He would have likely been our LT1 at least going into Spring.
Loadholt gonna use his covid year himself
So they retro changed the rule. Hard pass Mrs. Lebby but nice try.
I'm strictly going off reporting from Paul Jones and Steve Robertson. I legit have no clue how it happened. The reasoning doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. I'm more PO'd that we apparently signed this kid and he really didn't have a desire to play here since he has no want to fight this.
Any of you guys big enough to play LT?
Big Enough, Slow Enough, Weak Enough, Bad Knees included. Just not good enough and way too old, even though I should have a wee bit of eligibility left. What is the going NIL rate for a 73 year old gray haired over-weight coaching critic?
We get screwed on out TL but Texas get's their OG appeal approved....
