Yes, I'm sure promises were made, but I don't think Stevens was healthy enough to come back. Or at the least, he was a little tentative after the other injury.

We're down 19, but it would be just 7 if we didn't fumble kickoffs, didn't miss extra points, and didn't drop TD catches.
