Yeah I definitely wasn't worried about tiring them out or using them up, just more concerned that if you have White or Liebelt throwing well but decide to cut them off at 1 inning, and then Cole is off...you could get yourself in a situation where you have no reliable arms left if they rip Cole and you need to shut it down. Not necessarily talking about tonight...just in general. I'm totally fine with it in a 6-2 game

Seriously I get the complaining to somehow change negativity but I will never get a fan base shitting on a player. I’ll complain at the negativity because it seems to work but I’m guessing if we lose the negativity will be honestly serious. Kinda sad that we have a few who are looking to shit on players to prove their fandom

I’m cool with stating facts and you can throw them at me all day. It’s easy on a message board but yet you claim a fact on a play that there is always a possible error. But you are so adamant in your opinion I wonder if you bring this FACT to player or family involved. You love this team as much as I do but I tend to respect a kid playing a game at the highest level that I could only dream of. Being anonymous on a message board doesn’t give you a right to shit on a player busting his ass to win. Years ago I got mad at John Bond. Mumbled 3-8 wasn’t for shit. He turned and looked at me. Saw the frustration in his eyes. He was pissed. I will never disrespect a player. They want to win more than we do. I respect the guys who play to win. Just my take

I think we had some nerves early maybe- like when Gilbert let that ground ball go through his legs. But overall we took car of them and I think Jake stealing that home run settled things down some.
