Who calls off sides on a kickoff?

They just came out about +30 on that kickoff penalty. Did they ever replay the kickoff?

Nope.

It's painfully obvious today is not our day.

That offsides just cost us 30 yards of field position. Just no way to win with this many penalties changing the game.
