DJ James hurts way more than Brooks.

I would feel the same way if the roles were reversed honestly but we aren?t going to get better without getting better players first. That?s kinda how it works. I don?t think any of our current commits expect to be 2-10 three years from now when they are getting the bulk of the playing time. A lot can change in that span.
Yeah, and you are buying players. Just stop it.
BTW, I know you guys don't flip many recruits like this, but I'll give you a heads up. The guys like Brooks that flip at the last 2nd like this, never pan out. Ole Miss has done this to us multiple times & the kids always flame out.
It's likely that we just handed you guys a problem.
Guess we’ll see, just think making a 4-year decision on how a team is currently doing on the field is pretty short sighted. Those that committed to Petrino after his 11-2 season probably felt pretty stupid having to deal with John L. Smith and Bielema as upperclassmen.
Chavis shouldn't be able to sell a cat turd to a Boston Terrier at this point.
So Paul CB'd hall to auburn. Losing brooks, hall, and James. Anything unexpected good likely to happen or all bad?
I mean, we've been pretty good for a while & you guys have been pretty shitty for a while. It's highly likely that Brooks doesn't play his entire career for Morris.
BTW, your post is stupid. Of course how good a team is should matter in recruiting.
You guys are easily the worst program in the SEC right now with a drug dealer on team carrying around an AR15, & you want to tell me that it's short sighted to think that program may not be as good as one that has been to 9 straight bowl games?
I understand your an Arkansas fan & are trying to see things through WPS glasses, which we do as well, but just look at your logic.
As we saw with Ole Miss, bad programs don't just jump up & start recruiting well unless BS is going on.
Tomorrow looks like it's gonna suck. Let's hope we get a few surprises. The good kind
This isn't on the staff. This is a better recruiting staff than what we've had the past 9 years. What's going on is a little bit of bullshit, a little bit of kids being misled by other kids, a little bit of having kin folks that aren't smart enough to be giving advice, and a little bit of negative perception.
Are we recruiting better?
We are about to sign about the same class we always have under Mullen with significantly more in-state talent.
Stupid people are attracted to flashy things & we are not flashy enough. Problem is that athletic talent isn't biased to only smart people & MSU isn't Stanford or Notre Dame academically.
So, somehow, we've got to get kids & families that are attracted to flashy things to sign with us.
Let it play out. See what happens tomorrow and then how it finishes in February. This staff is going to get the players, be patient.
