I was reading that rule and the top part said specifically leading with crown of helmet. The second part I didn't think made it targeting even though he did "launch". I couldn't figure it out, except I guess if any part hits the head while "launching". I'm still not too sure.

Man, are yall watching the game on mute? They literally read the rule right out of the rule book after it happened. It doesn't have to be helmet to helmet to be targeting. Any forcful contact by launching head / shoulders upward into opponents head gear is targeting. You can hate the rule all you want, but the call was 100% correct.

The kid got hit that's why they wear a fvcking helmet. Bullshit rule there. I can see leading with the head and trying to maliciously harm someone but that was a good football play.
