At the very least we have to fire our entire secondary staff. We've been horrendous there in every single aspect the past few years. I know Hughes can recruit but unless hes bringing in 5 star guys his apparent defeciency in teaching players (or recruiting players that can actually learn anything) is overshawdowing it.
