Thoughts on the Dinkins that we just offered? He, like Sledge, to me are the type of guys Mullen made a living on for us. Under the radar types like Cam Young.

So he was OM bound and one visit changed things??? I don't believe that for one second. What could have been said to change his mind? My feeling is people don't know what the hell they are talking about with him. It's a coin flip

I think it's been a back and forth recruitment, but you're mistaken if you don't think one good in-home visit can't change things.

Can't make you believe anything. Just talked to one of the teachers at MRA and passed along what they said. Maybe they were mistaken. Idk.

Hope we stay in the lead.

There's some circumstances that I don't want to mention on a message board and it's not about money.

Let me rephrase. Those circumstances could change but highly unlikely. Decarlos is one of my baseball players and a great kid and I wish him well but wish it was at State

Update on Decarlos. We maybe getting back in on him. Our coaches and a former Bulldog doing some great work. Still very slim chance but it's better than it was yesterday.

He's a little raw, but he's long and has ball skills. Pretty physical for a skinny guy- High ceiling. Lots to work with. McB can coach, so I'd feel pretty good if Nicholson signed up here.

The OV will be big. Getting his ear last can't hurt at all.

Absolutely nothing we did wrong. In fact DC and family love Leach and Arnett. Leach has been big in this and that stuff about him not being a recruiter is not true(at least in this case). A former Bulldog has been big in trying to get him too. This is a circumstance outside of our control.
