Wasn't targeting no helmet to helmet hit but the fact that they almost threw out Willie Gay is dispicable. I'd also turn that film over to the SEC and get that shit overturned.

Is it possible to appeal that? He clearly wasn't targeting.

Fitz never gets settled in until her gets some runs under his belt. That's why we struggle against these teams. We cannot afford to run him much because we can and should beat these teams. Catch 22 is that Nick needs early contact to settle down.

He led with his shoulder into the shoulder of the receiver. You could hear the shoulder pads pop. That's a legal hit.

It wasn't targeting nimrod. He didn't launch himself. He hit him where Alabama players hit other players which is with the shoulder pads. It's a judgement call but if we appeal it with the SEC office that would absolutely be overturned.

Like the other Jack Lambert said years ago, "just put dresses on them". Concussions are serious business, but Danzler used his shoulder against a receiver that was bent over, in no way defenseless. If I live long enough college and pro football will be two hand touch. What would Jack Tatum, Skip Thomas, and Ted "The Stork" Hendricks think?
