This is a guy who before today had 29 strikeouts in 20 innings or so. Probably the best closer in college baseball and you guys are acting like he is a scrub pitcher. I agree to a certain degree the lead is precarious at best however I much rather be up 2-0 then down 2-0.
As much as our #Meddler loves to #meddle, why the hell are we not putting in defensive subs with a 2 run lead late on the road against the number 1 team in the nation? I mean, if I can think to do it, surely a guy getting paid $500K to do it can.
