Not sure where you're looking but Arnett only once had total defense worse than 39th and that was #51 in '20. In '21 and '22 our total defense was #36 and #39. The ppg I was looking at other than '20 were a little higher however (around 1 point or so). His defense was solid, not great but my point before was more so in response to Confucious that said a DC with experience wouldn't have been any better than Hutzler which I think is wrong.Quote:

Another portal entrant, Eric Taylor. I am not lying when I say this, the last two staffs may have been some of the worst talent evaluators we've ever had by a mile.
One thing all of these portal entries also show is how our on3 or 247 and their membership numbers help our recruiting ranking. Every year we are ranked between 20-35 and that is largely because we have so many members on those sites.Quote:

That happens with every player though. That's why it's called the Bama bump. Look no further than Bray Hubbard(who ended up being a really good player). But he was a low 3 star when he committed to us, he gets a Bama offer and is a mid 4 star the next day.Quote:
