I almost zero metered my 4th tornado earlier. It lifted literally right before it came over. I was able to still hear it. Sadly, hearing a lot of reports of damage.
I don't like how this looks tonight for my family.
Never been that close to a tornado in my life as I was in Caledonia/Steens tonight. Never want to again. We have friends who lost their homes tonight. One was trapped due to rubble but they were extricated and ok. Absolute devastation out here in some places.
So sorry to hear that, and glad they?re at least physically okay. Was reading in the storm report link above about people in Woodlawn area trapped. Is that the same area?
Just glad they are ok, you can replace wood and brick
Praying for all those affected and all those still in the path of these storms. Gonna be a long night I'm afraid.
So sorry to hear that. Anytime something like this happens it is bad, but when it happens around the holidays it seems to hurt the heart even more. Will say a special prayer for them, and all of those affected. If there are any fundraisers for those in the area, please post the details.
I'm "5 by 5", so far, cats...
Got another headed my way, though...
Thanks for askin', fellas!
There is a light at the end of the tunnel. The back edge of this is at a Greenwood to Amory line.
